Orders are accepted by fax or e-mail. We confirm all orders by auto fax within 24 hours. Verbal orders are not accepted.
A minimum order is $100.00-unless product is made to order or specialized. A price list of standard products is available through e-mail or fax upon request.
Standard Purosil products are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt (shipment may vary upon qualities). Orders are normally shipped by UPS Grounds-Collect or Prepaid and Add. Truck freight is Collect.
We accept Master Card or Visa, Wire Transfer or Net 30 Day terms.
Cancellation of orders, in part or whole, cannot be accepted without Purosil’s consent. Cancellations or returns on Private label are not accepted. A cancellation fee may apply.
Prior authorization is required for all goods returned. An RMS is obtained by Customer Service. Any returns accepted are subject to a re-stocking charge.
To process any quote, our Engineering Department requires a drawing and/or pertinent specifications. If Private Label is required minimum quantities may apply.
Note-EPDM Truck Components will be shipped and invoiced under the “Mission Rubber Company” name. Contact information remains the same.
